Bissell Brothers DIPA - 44 CL

We couldn't invite Bissell Brothers to Leeds and not brew a big IPA. The grist consists of 15% wheat and oats, enough to smooth out the mouthfeel without being too cloying at the higher ABV. As for hops, the brewers had recently taken some Nelson Sauvin near the cold room at Northern Monk's 3-year mark - this was our chance to use them. Backed by smaller parts of Galaxy and Citra, expect big flavours of gooseberry and passionfruit with underlying peach and mango notes.
