Bevog Dreams 23 Barleywine - 33 CL

A barrel-aged Icebock Barleywine. Icebock comes from the process of concentrating flavours by freezing the beer. This means that some of the water crystallises into ice, while the remaining liquid concentrates. For this icebock, the brewers brewed a very special barley wine, matured it in barrels, mixed it with our barley wine Hagger and frozen it. After weeks at -24 C it was time to tap this super rich liquid. Expect intense flavours with a long-lasting aftertaste and a warming sensation.
