For this Anniversary Beer, celebrating our brewery's 10th anniversary, the brewers delved into history. Back to the time of the Vikings. Back then, beer was brewed without boiling the wort, a raw beer. This is how this Raw Ale came to be. A beer with history, but with an eye on the future.
