Baxbier Cruisin' IV IPA - 33 CL

Every year, the brewers try to go on a quest in the west. We cruise along the coast in search of the IBUs that the brewers have lost over the years. This year's version of our very drinkable but bitter IPA features fresh Bravo hops, even in the mash, Centennial and Simcoe on the hot side, and a Mosaic and El Dorado dry hop for that extra punch. Warning: this beer is over 90 IBU. Tip: pairs well with a big fat juicy burger.
