Baxbier Cruisin' IV IPA - 33 CL

Every year the brewers attempt a quest out west. We cruise the coast in search of the IBUs that the brewers have lost over the years. This year’s version of our very drinkable but bitter IPA features fresh Bravo hops even in the mash, Centennial and Simcoe on the hot side, and a dry hop of Mosaic and El Dorado for that extra punch. Warning: this beer is over 90 IBUs. Word of advice: pairs well with a big, fat, juicy burger.
