Barclay Brewing Dimensions Of Time - 13 Stout - 50 CL

A blend of two double barrel-aged stouts. First aged for 12 months in a Buffalo Trace Mash #1 barrel, then transferred to 9-year Willett Family Estate barrels for another 18 months. The beer was conditioned on four different types of vanilla - Indonesian, Madagascar, Tahitian, and Mexican. We added 2 pounds directly to barrels for 3 months before the brewers conditioned it on an additional 4 pounds in the brite.
