Beautiful Bergeron apricots from France were macerated on a blend of Danish Wild Ales, ranging from 1 to 3 years old, with the majority of the blend being 1.5 years old. The unique bouquet of these beautiful apricots perfectly matches the earthy, deep complexity of the Danish Wild Ale.
