Created in collaboration with our good friend Austin from Humble Forager, we're thrilled to present a Gose brewed with beechwood smoked malt, sea salt, peach tea, wildflower honey, and peach-conditioned. Inspired by culinary arts, this is by far the most unique sour beer the brewers have ever produced. Expect flavors of tart and smoky grilled peach, a slightly tannic black tea, and a touch of savory saltiness from the sea salt.
