Azvex Operation Genome [25.05] - Cloudwater Stout - 44 CL

We had to add an imperial stalwart to this line of beautiful liquids and who could do it better than our friends at the legendary Cloudwater. For you big beef fans you'll be familiar with their My Continuous Improvement Series, so the brewers were, so that was a good place to start. We took key elements from the MCI beers and subtly wove them into our own robust approach. After fermentation, the brewers hit the beer with a cacao-demon-level of cacao nibs courtesy of our buds @Tablechocolate, a batch of Madagascan Vanilla, and, new for both of us, Pandan! A pastry lover's dream.
