Azvex Operation Genome [25.05] - Cloudwater Stout - 44 CL

We had to add an Imperial Stout to this series of magnificent liquids, and who better to do it with than our friends at the legendary Cloudwater. For you big stout lovers, you’ll be familiar with their My Continuous Improvement series, as were the brewers, so that was a great place to start. We took key elements from the MCI beers and subtly wove it into our own stout approach. Post fermentation the brewers hit the beer with a ludicrous level of cocoa nibs thanks to our pals @Tablechocolate, a truck load of Madagascan Vanilla and, new to both of us, Pandan! A pastry stout lover's dream.
