Azvex Operation Genome [25.03] - Beak DIPA - 44 CL

Our friends at Beak are no strangers to DIPAS brewing and have one of the strongest reputations for them in the country, so the brewers had to go big on the hops. We took their dip-hopping technique and combined it with a new idea the brewers here at Azvex had. We then fermented it with their preferred house yeast strain and followed it with a two-phase dry hopping process consisting of Motueka, Krush, Citra, and Amarillo. Pale hazy hop juice that is a true snavel x azvex hybrid.
