Azvex Operation Genome [25.03] - Beak DIPA - 44 CL

Our friends at Beak are no stranger to making DIPAs and have one of the strongest reputations for them in the country, so the brewers had to go big on the hops. We started by taking their dip hopping technique and merging it with a new idea the brewers here at Azvex had. We then fermented it with their favourite house yeast strain and followed with a 2 stage dry hop consisting of Motueka, Krush, Citra & Amarillo. Pale hazy hop juice that is a true Beak x Azvex hybrid.
