Azvex Operation Genome [25.02] - Deya DIPA - 44 CL

This dip is brewed with our friends at Deya, a veteran of hoppy beer in the UK. We opted for an oat-heavy grain and combined our experience to use it for mashing at a lower than normal temperature. Additionally, the brewers focused on achieving a high beta-glucan content in the wort for maximum pillowy mouthfeel. Next, the brewers combined our DH approaches and further explored Hyperboost Citra in combination with the new (and amazing) Hop Alora. One of the largest total hop loads the brewers have ever done.
