Azvex Operation Genome [25.02] - Deya DIPA - 44 CL

This DIPA is brewed with our friends in Deya, a veteran of hoppy beer in the UK. We went for an oat-heavy grist and combined our experiences to use them to mash at a lower-than-normal temperature. In addition, the brewers focused on getting a high beta-glucan content in the wort for maximum pillow-like mouthfeel. Then, the brewers combined our DH approaches and further researched Hyperboost Citra in combination with the new (and amazing) Hop Alora. One of the largest total hop loads the brewers have ever done.
