Azvex Operation Genome [25.01] - Rivington DIPA - 44 CL

For this DIPA, the brewers drew inspiration from their friends at Rivington, starting with a new malt bill of Heidelberg Pils and Château Wheat Blanc. They then topped it off with an insane dry hop consisting of our hand-selected Citra, Krush, and, new to us but a favorite at Rivy, Superdelic. A hop monster of a beer featuring the best bits of Rivington & Azvex beer.
