Antidoot Woop Woop 'Sous Voile' Wild Ale - 75 CL

Inspired by an old Brabant tradition, this beer was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat, and aged hops. It was turbid mashed, transported chilled, spontaneously fermented, and aged in Burgundy oak barrels. This specific version is a blend of barrels that are 4 and 5 years old, without topping up. Bottled November 2023
