Antidoot Myrica Bergamot Wild Ale - 75 CL

We steeped branches (with leaves and flowers) of Myrica Gale in the coolship overnight. The beer then matured in barrels for a year. Just before bottling, it was briefly macerated with bergamot peel. Gale is a mysteriously aromatic plant that grows in wetlands and is considered a crucial component of medieval gruit mixtures. Bottled May 2024
