Antidote Melancholia Lambic/Geuze - 1.5 L

We pressed several varieties of Normandy poiré pears (Plant de Blanc, Vinot, Gaubert…), harvested at 'Ferme de L'yonnière' (Jérôme Forget), and co-fermented this juice with the juice of local apple varieties. With only a minimal amount of 'soutirage', this poiré cider ends up bone dry. Bottled March 2023
