Antidote Melancholia 2023 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

We pressed various types of Norman poiré pears (Plant de Blanc, Vinot, Gaubert…) harvested at ‘Ferme de L’yonnière’ (Jérôme Forget), and co-fermented this juice with the juice of local heritage apple varieties. With only minimal 'soutirage', this poiré cider finishes bone dry. Bottled in March 2023
