Antidoot Melancholia 2023-2024 Cider - 75 CL

We pressed different varieties of Norman poiré pears (Plant de Blanc, Vinot, Gaubert...), harvested at 'Ferme de L'yonnière' (Jérôme Forget), and co-fermented this juice with the juice of local apple varieties. With only a minimal amount of 'soutirage', this poiré-cider finishes bone-dry. Bottled March 2024
