Antidote L'Obscur 2019 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

We briefly macerated organic apricots in our Flemish red-brown ale, intended as a drier and more vinous version of the classic red-brown ales of Flanders. This beer was aged for sixteen months in Pinot Noir barrels from Burgundy. Bottled in August 2019.
