Antidote L'Ambigu (Riesling) 2021 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

In the late summer of 2020, the brewers created a macerated wine from biodynamically grown Riesling grapes which the brewers hand-picked at Weingut Melsheimer (Mullay-Hofberg). After primary fermentation, the brewers added the wine to a barrel of beer that the brewers had brewed nine months prior. They matured together in the barrel for another nine months. Bottled July 2021.
