Antidote L'Ambigu (Riesling) 2019 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

In late summer 2019, the brewers made a macerated wine from biodynamically grown Riesling grapes that they picked at Weingut Melsheimer (Mullay-Hofberg). After primary fermentation, the brewers added the wine to a barrel of beer that they had brewed nine months earlier. They were aged together in the barrel for another nine months. Bottled in June 2020.
