Antidoot L'Ambigu (Orange) (2023) Sour - 75 CL

In late summer 2022, the brewers made a macerated wine from Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer harvested on the Lazarijberg, together with home-grown Sauvignac. After primary fermentation, the brewers added the wine to a barrel of beer that the brewers had brewed nine months earlier. Just before bottling, the beer underwent a short maceration with a small amount of blood oranges. Bottled in March 2023.
