Antidote L'Ambigu (Quince, Pear) 2018 Cider - 75 CL

In the autumn of 2018, the brewers created a pear and quince cider from fruit grown in our garden. After primary fermentation, the brewers added the cider to a cask of beer brewed six months earlier. We aged it for another six months and decided to bottle it without the addition of priming sugar. The residual sugar can create a slight fizz over time, but it's intended as a still wine/cider hybrid.
