Antidote L'Ambigu (Cabernet Chinato) 2022 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

In late summer 2021, the brewers made a wine from our slightly unripe Cabernet Jura grapes. After primary fermentation, the brewers added the wine to the beer they had brewed 9 months earlier. After another 6 months of soaking together in the barrels, the brewers also added a small amount of cinchona bark to the blend.
