Antidoot L'Ambigu (Alsace) (2019/2020) Sour - 75 CL

In late summer 2019, the brewers made a macerated wine from some typical Alsatian grape varieties such as Muscat Ottonel, Riesling and Gewürztraminer. After primary fermentation, the brewers added the wine to a barrel of beer that the brewers had brewed nine months earlier. They were matured together in the barrel for another nine months. Bottled in June 2020.
