Antidote Gentiana lutea 2019 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Inspired by alpine liqueurs and Italian amaro, this 1-year-old sour-bitter beer was brewed with harvested gentian root and organic bitter oranges, both added to the coolship overnight and poured into barrels. Bottled January 2019.
