Antidoot Cornucopia Cabernet 2023-2025 Cider - 75 CL

A wild fermented, barrel-aged cider made from untreated and hand-picked local apples from high standard trees, blended with some wine the brewers made from home-grown Cabernet Jura grapes (the only red grapes the brewers picked in the challenging year 2024). This version is a blend of one barrel from the 2023 apple harvest and two barrels from the 2024 harvest. The apples were picked in the idyllic collection orchard of Belgian pomologist and friend Dirk.
