Antidote Artemisia Absinthium 2020 Sour - 75 CL

In our quest for sour-bitter combinations, the brewers infused a beer, aged for approximately one year in barrels, with dried wormwood flowers from our garden. The beer itself is brewed with barley malt, raw wheat, and aged hops. Bottled in January 2020.
