Antidote Artemisia Absinthium 2019 Sour - 75 CL

In our search for sour-bitter combinations, the brewers infused a beer that had been aged in barrels for about a year with dried wormwood flowers from our garden. The beer itself was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat and old hops. Bottled in January 2019.
