Antidote Artemisia Absinthium 2019 Sour - 75 CL

In our quest for sour-bitter combinations, the brewers infused a beer, matured in a barrel for about a year, with dried wormwood flowers from our garden. The beer itself is brewed with barley malt, raw wheat, and aged hops. Bottled in January 2019.
