Anchorage Into Nothingness Stout - 37.5 CL

Imperial Stout fermented and aged in Missouri oak Foeders. Finished with bananas, Madagascar vanilla beans, toasted coconut, and raw coconut. 15% vol. We worked hard to bring out the banana character in this beer, but it was decidedly much more difficult than the brewers expected. Literally tons of bananas later, trying different types of bananas, delaying the release until the brewers got it right, the result is stunning.
