Alvinne Omega 2019 Sour - 33 CL

Flemish Sour Ale fermented with our own wild house yeast strain 'Morpheus'. We have been brewing the barrel-aged version of this beer, Wild West, for quite some time. We recently decided to also bottle the non-barrel-aged version, as part of the Greek trilogy (along with Sigma and Phi). If you are looking for a drink that is refreshing and sparkling, you should try Omega. The citrus and apple flavors and their mixing add a nice touch to this beer.
