Adroit Theory Necropolis IPA -

The name comes from the puppet effigy built in New Mexico to mark the start of the Fiestas. By burning this effigy, people destroy the worries of previous years. This juicy pale ale is hazy for days, orange in colour and packed with Cascade, Simcoe, Mosaic and Columbus hops, creating an easy-drinking beer.
