Berne Abbey Beer Barrel-Aged Abt-General Quadrupel Special Edition 2021 - 75 CL

The base beer is Abt-generaal Quadrupel, aged for one year in oak barrels from Rum barrel Barbados and Islay Single Malt Whisky barrel Laphroaig. After this, it is blended and bottled. With this, the brewers continue to build on the centuries-old Berne abbey tradition of aging beer in oak barrels. This beer was only available by order and picked up on the collection day for this Special Edition 2019 at Berne Abbey on Sunday, November 28, 2021.
