3 Fonteinen Zenne y Frontera 22/23 no 70 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Bottle date: 16/05/2023 For this specific Zenne y Frontera, the brewers blended no less than seven Oloroso barrels from the bodega Josefa Perez. Located in one of the oldest districts of Jerez de la Frontera, in the shadow of the Iglesia de Santiago, most of the barrels were sold to Urium in 2006. Today, the family maintains a low inventory of barrels and sherry to supply us. We used lambics from seven barrels and eleven brews; more than 60% of the grains were grown in Pajottenland. The weighted average of this blend at bottling was approximately 36 months. A small portion of the blend was bottled in magnums.
