Bottling date: 09/05/2023 For this particular Zenne y Frontera, the brewers blended ten different lambics, matured on both Oloroso, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, and Pedro Ximénez barrels. This bouquet of sherry lambics comes from a total of ten different original barrels and nine different brews. The weighted average age of this blend at bottling is no less than 40 months. More than 1/3 of the lambics were brewed with locally grown grains from the Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
