This bouquet of sherry lambics comes from a total of ten different original casks and nine different brews. The weighted average age of this blend at bottling is no less than 40 months. More than 1/3 of the lambics are brewed with locally produced grains from the Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
