THESE BARRELS CONTAIN YEARS OF SINGLE MALT WHISKY AND ORIGINALLY COME FROM Heaven Hill Distilleries. WE HAVE BLENDED WITH SOME MORE ONE AND FOUR YEAR OLD LAMBICS, bringing the weighted average age of this blend to over 37 months. Approximately 80% OF THE LAMBICS ARE BREWN WITH LOCALLY SOURCED GRAIN.
