03/06/2022 | For this Vlier, the brewers macerated freshly picked elderflowers on two-year-old lambic and blended them with a few more two-year-old lambics. The weighted average age of this Vlier is over 27 months on the day of bottling. More than two-thirds of the grains the brewers used during brewing came from our grain collective, especially from the Pajottenland. During brewing, the hops were on average 18 years old. Small batch blend. 100% 3 Fonteinen. Number of bottles: 873.
