Bottling date: 27/02/2020 Stringe Winter—known serially by somewhat different names—is a special brew and blend. On January 19, 2018, the brewers blended a full-bodied barley malt, white Pillsner, Amber, and Munich malts (but no raw wheat). During the cool spread, the brewers recommend adding brown candied sugar. We let this beer unage for two years and then narrowed it down to AAGE. Before bottling, the brewers blended the beer-white Som Young 3 Fonteines Lambic and recommended adding a tangy brown candied sugar. This beer is a real treat for the original recipients of Armand! (but #NOTLABIC) NL Strenge Winter is a blend of three fountain beers, brewed from bulk beers and candidates. A spontaneous mistake. Greek-style, aged in oak barrels. Long-term bottle age. Immaculate. Inappropriate. From a harsh winter, as a montage of beets and malt, complete with brass, three fountains, you followed the candi. Fermented spontaneously. Elevated and fermented. Long-lasting and fermented. Not filtered. Not pastoral. En Strenge Winter is a blend of three fountain beers with full-bodied malts and candied sugar. Spontaneously fermented. Presumably in certified barrels. An extension of the bottle ad. Filtered. Unpassed.
