This Platinum Blend is a blend of exclusively young lambics and four-year-old lambics, sourced from four different brews and two different barrels. A quarter of the blend consists of lambics brewed with our own grains sourced from various locations in Brabant.
The blend's weighted average age is over 21 months, with the oldest lambic brewed in early 2017. 100% 3 Fonteinen-brewed lambic.
