This Platinum Blend is a blend of exclusively young lambics and four-year-old lambics, originating from four different brews and two different barrels. A quarter of the blend consists of lambics brewed with our own grains from various locations in Brabant.

The weighted average age of the blend is over 21 months, and the oldest lambic was brewed in early 2017. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambic.
