3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze (Season 22/23) 2023 Lambic/Gueuze - 75 CL

bottling date: 04/07/2023 For this Oude Geuze, the brewers blended lambics from three different barrels and six different brews. The lambics were brewed at 3 Fonteinen (43%), Lindemans (43%) and De Troch (14%). More than half of the blend consists of lambics aged from two to more than five years, bringing the weighted average to more than 34 months at the time of bottling, and more than 56 months at the time of release. All grains we brew with come from farmers in the Pajottenland.
