3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend is a blend of one-, two-, three- and at least 25% four-year lambic. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels and continuous evolution in the bottle result in a distinctly complex beer. No two bottlings are the same, as there are multiple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in the proportions of the aged lambic, etc. If stored properly, the 3 Fonteinen Golden Blend can last for decades mature for years. Traditional lambic is alive, cultural heritage rooted in the Senne Valley! Bottle fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
