3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a blend of one, two, and three-year-old traditional lambic, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient aging in oak barrels, and continuous evolution in the bottle result in a distinctly complex beer. No two bottlings are the same, as there are multiple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in the proportions of aged lambic, etc. This cuvée, like all our lambics, is 100% natural, authentic, and spontaneously fermented, and made with a determined adherence to tradition, as Armand and Gaston Debelder always did. This geuze is bottle-fermented and will continue to develop its taste and aromas throughout its long lifespan, if stored properly.
