3 Fonteinen Hommage Bio Raspberries (season 18/19) Blend No. 110 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

bottling date: 18/09/2019 For the first time, the brewers have blended raspberry lambic and sour cherry lambic instead of macerating both fruits together, in order to find a balance in the increasing fruit types. The fruit share is 83% raspberries and 17% sour cherries, the lambics come from 6 different barrels and 5 different brews (25% 3 Fonteinen lambic, 75% Lindemans). 3 Fonteinen Hommage is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries and (organic) raspberries on young lambic. This fruit lambic is then re-blended with some more lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit (350 grams of fruit per liter of Hommage). Hommage is a full-bodied raspberry lambic beer, with an intense deep red forest fruit bouquet. This unfiltered and unpasteurized lambic is completely natural, with no added artificial juices, syrups or sugars
