Blend of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-year-old lambic - 4-year-old component at least 25% of the adjacent -, all fermented and aged in oak barrels and barrels. At Doesjel, the wild fermentation of the young lambic did not take place during the bottle conditioning, because the yeast collapsed. Just like lambic, this beer has no foam, so don't panic.
