This specific Frambozenlambic has macerated for 9.5 months. The final fruit intensity is 445 grams of raspberries per liter of finished raspberry lambic. 3 Fonteinen Frambozenlambic is obtained by macerating hand-picked raspberries on young traditional lambic, for at least four months, at a ratio of one kilo of raspberries per litre of traditional lambic. The fruit lambic is then immediately bottled. The result is an extremely pronounced fruity raspberry lambic beer, with an intense raspberry bouquet and with a very long storage potential. Natural fruit, without the addition of juices, syrups or sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. --- 3 Fountains Raspberry Lambic is the result of the maceration of the framboises entières, cueillis à la main, the young lambic tradition, pendant au moins quatre mois.
