The lambics used come from three barrels and six different brews. We used a bit of our own lambic wort to start the fermentation in the bottle. NL 3 Fonteinen Raspberry is the slow maceration of hand-picked full raspberries on traditional lambic. Without added juices, syrups or sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. FR 3 Fountains Raspberry is the spring maceration of the framboises entières, cueillies à la main, the lambic tradition. Sans jus, sirops ou édulcorants ajoutés. Non filter. Non pasteurized. EN 3 Fonteinen Framboos is the slow and all-natural maceration of hand-picked whole raspberries on traditional lambic. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered.
