3 Fonteinen Cuvée Miel 21/22 no 89 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

06/30/2022 | For this Cuvée Miel, the brewers brewed three different old lambics, all brewed with the addition of honey-from-our-hives to the coolship. We matured them extensively in their special barrels, before the brewers blended them with some young lambic and a small portion of a honeycomb-macerated lambic. We used quite a few two- and three-year-old honey lambics, bringing the weighted average age of the entire blend at the time of bottling to over 30 months.
