3 Fonteinen Blackberry Harvest 2020 no 21 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

bottling date: 26/01/2021 For this Braam, the brewers sourced hand-picked blackberries from Ferme Framboos in Huldenberg, Flemish Brabant, Belgium. We macerated these for three months in a 50/50 cut with lambics from five different barrels and five different brews. Before bottling, the brewers added lambics from another barrel and two different brews. The majority of the lambics that the brewers used are 3 Fonteinen brewed, and one quarter of those are from our own Brabant farmers' collective. The final fruit intensity is 384 grams of blackberries per liter of blackberry. NL 3 Fonteinen Braam is the slow maceration of hand-picked full blackberries on traditional lambic. Without added juices, syrups or sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. FR 3 Fountains Blackberry are the spring maceration of the walls, the main ones, the lambic tradition. Sans jus, sirops ou édulcorants ajoutés. Non filter. Non pasteurized. EN 3 Fonteinen Braam is the slow and all-natural maceration of hand-picked whole blackberries on traditional lambic. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
