Just when you thought you'd graduated from the Beer Professor after 'Luminous Idea', it turns out there's a postgraduate course! Part 2 for students with a love for blast beats and shredding guitars. Available every last Thursday of the month. In honour of this course, the brewers have carefully crafted a barrel-aged Black IPA for you. A blazing cross-over between a hard-hitting Black IPA, the delicate notes of Jamaican Rum barrels, and the robust tones of a whisky, aged in PX sherry barrels.
