This beer is all about the malts. Invented in Austria and Germany (Märzen) with some (friendly) espionage on their British colleagues to obtain the new kilning technique that gave birth to Pale Ale, these malts exhibit some toffee and bready flavours, with the Vienna being a bit more hoppy.
