First time seeing our 400 Volt bourbon barrels. Technically it is not a bourbon, as Early Times whiskey, as marketed in the US, is aged for three years in used barrels. Bourbon must be aged from the beginning in brand new oak barrels. Oh well, enjoy it anyway!
