Wings Brewing Company All The Way Down Lambiek/Geuze - 75 CL

A collaboration between Steven and Sam. The saison was invented by Steven and was brewed in 2021. Released under the name Down Under in a small batch. The rest were taken to the cellar. The saison spent 9 months in a wine barrel, followed shortly afterwards in a maple syrup barrel. The brewers then blended this beer with a selected Bofkont barrel. Finally he is ready to come out. Meet the barrel-aged saison mixed with lambic.
